The 12A residential project presents a unique opportunity to design a house in a lot that’s ‘landlocked’ without a formal frontage to a street or alleyway and only connecting through a 2.44m wide easement on two adjacent properties fronting the street.
The lot used to have a semi-detached house that burned down thus allowing for the ‘grandfathering’ of the residential project to be proposed on an otherwise non-compliant situation.
Preliminary design and massing models have been produced for this on-going project.
