OUR SOLUTION
the formula
X=150 families x 30m² x US$ 7500
1Há
150 (house)+Open Spaces+ Parking < 1Há
the unit
House = bU+ E (base Unit) bU > 25 m² < 30 m²
F
(base Unit+ Extension) bU+ E = 75 m²
(Floor number) F >1< 3 ( For easy accessibility)
(Parking) 75 x (12.5m² + C)
Analysis & variations
#1
bU=25
F=1
E=50
150 (75)+ Os+P < 10.000 m²
11.250 +Os+P> 10.000 m²
#2
bU=25
F=2
E=50
150 (37.5)+ Os+P < 10.000 m²
5.625 +Os+2000 < 10.000 m² H>2F
Conclusions:
1bU= wash+kit+St+2spaces =25 m² Minimum spaces Non-functional
1bU= wash+kit+St+2spaces=30 m² Minimum spaces functional
=> 1bU=30 m² & >2F
